The Big Move

Only 8 days until i'm out of wellington!!
Usually at christmass time our family goes to my grandparents house in Waikanae but this year it is different all the extended family are going to My cousins house in Christchurch.
We usually have a GIANT Christmas lunch and only a snack for dinner but this year I have no idea What we are going to do.
The school holidays this year are going to be really exiting because i am going to get a new house  In Glen Waverly,  Melbourne!!

I am going to miss my friends and This will probably be my last blog post BYE!!!

Its Term 4 Week 7... only 3 more weeks in Wellington.

My Speech

On Tuesday I did my speech.

CHERUB

CHERUB is one of the best books in the world, it is about a teenage spy who goes and solves mysteries.
The main Character is called James Choke, (his mission name is James Adams)
He has a sister called Lauren.
There are 12 books in the first series and 4 so far in the second one and about 6 in the third one.

My speech

I have written about 2 minutes of my speech my speech.  I think I have written a fair amount of my speech and think it is defiantly my best speech so far.
My speech is about how computers change our lives,  I have written a Intro, The first two paragraphs (phones) (laptops/desktops) most of the 3rd one (the future of computers) and some of the conclusion.

Mars or Venus?

I used to always think that mars was closer than Venus But i was wrong.
Venus is actually 258 Million Km at it's furthest point and 42 million Km at its closest point.
Mars is 401 Million Km from the earth at it furthest point and 54.6 Million Km at it's lowest point.


It really surprised me..
